ResNet Network Support

Step-by-step instructions for connecting
to EKU's ResNet network for:

Windows | Mac | Linux | Gaming consoles

Students who want to connect to the EKU network must have:

  • Hardware:
    • A computer that meets our minimum requirements
    • A 10 or 10/100 Ethernet plug on their computer
    • An ethernet cable (category 5)
  • Software:
    • All critical operating system updates and service packs (Microsoft and Apple systems)
    • EKU's Symantec Antivirus (Free)
    • Cisco Clean Access
      • Clean Access is for Windows only
      • You will install Clean Access when you first connect to the EKU network
