The Helpdesk is the hub for all service issues, questions, troubleshooting and consultation. It is an EKU computer user’s first point of contact for most technical issues at EKU.

Computer Servicing
If your computer is misbehaving, you can bring it to the ResNet office in Combs 230 to have it fixed up. ResNet workers can free your computer from viruses and spyware, and figure out connection errors. If your computer is acting up, the good people at ResNet can straighten everything out for you.
ResNet Computer Servicing Hours
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
You can bring your computer by and wait while ResNet workers fix it, or drop it off and pick it up later.
IMPORTANT: ResNet can assist all residential students with connection issues, viruses and spyware. We do not support other hardware or software issues and cannot take drop-offs from off-campus students.
