LYNC at EKU
We are currently installing LYNC across campus. Microsoft LYNC is the new EKU unified communications platform which includes a new physical phone and a suite of features that includes Instant Messaging, Conferencing, Presence and so much more. Find out more about LYNC.
As the IT Team comes through your department, we will:
- provide training for LYNC and the new LYNC phones (View Quick Start Phone Guide)
- install LYNC on EKU issued computers (View Support Articles)
- install a new LYNC phone for employees that currently have a phone

LYNC Products
The LYNC Polycom VVX-310 is provided to full-time employees that currently have telephones. Current phones are replaced with this option as Lync rolls out across campus.
