Outlook 2013: Email Personal Folder File (pst)
This video discusses how to create a Personal Folder File in Outlook for EKU employees.
Create a pst file
- Locate file tab in top left corner
- Click Account Settings
- Click Data Files
- Click Add (Make sure data file, pst, is selected)
- Click OK
This opens Create or Open Outlook Data File Menu
- Create name for outlook file
- Click OK
- On Account Setting Menu click Close
New pst file will appear on left side of screen.
To create folders for that file:
- Open file and Right click
- Choose new folder
- Name folder and click OK
