How to turn off focused inbox

ISSUE: Student missing emails in inbox

RESOLUTION: Turn 'Focused Inbox' off in myMail settings

1. Login to EKU myMail Account.
2. Click the Settings button.  It is located in the upper right-hand corner of the window by your name then click Mail from the Your App Settings section.
   
3. The Mail menu should expand on the left-hand sidebar.  Click on Focused Inbox located in the Layout section.
   
4. Turn off focused in box by choosing Don't sort messages and click Save.
