JAMF Self-Service

There are several ways to access self service. You will only have self service if you are connected to jamf, the mac management system.

One is on your dock, you will see an icon of the colonel.

It may have a number on it if we have sent out a notification for a piece of software, but most of the time, it will just be the colonel.

2FA/MFA Best Practices

  1. Use the Microsoft Authenticator app. After installation, the app will work even without internet access (if you use its one-time codes for authentication.
  2. Use the Outlook mail app on your smart phone instead of the pre-installed email app for a better overall experience.

Student preview allows instructors to review their course from a student's perspective.  This is helpful if you want to be confident the course is well-designed and fuctioning as expected.  You can also validate course behaviors, such as the conditional release of content and how grades appear.

Go to new EKU Direct login page and login with EKU email credentials
